SoftServe's global birthday event, rolled out across 12 Ukrainian cities and 5 outdoor locations — one visual language kept intact across several external agencies.
See more↓Company Day is SoftServe's global birthday celebration — every year, teams in every location the company has offices gather to mark it together. Each year has its own idea; in 2025 it was one line: You shape the moment.
Company Day 2025 marked the company's 32nd birthday. My role was to implement this at the Ukrainian location: 12 cities, 5 outdoor locations — every location reading as the same celebration.
The hard part is everything that happens after a concept exists: it has to land in many very different places at once — different cities, different formats, different teams building it.
Each handoff is a chance for the brand to drift. In collaboration with several external agencies that provide design and decoration services across the country, the real problem wasn't a weak concept.
The risk was a strong idea falling apart in execution.
How do you keep one visual language intact across 12 cities, 5 outdoor locations, and several external agencies — without a single team touching every layout?
This wasn't a design-from-scratch task.
Consistency at scale: hold the integrity of a system that many hands would build, in parallel, under event deadlines.
I owned the visual rollout and design support for Company Day in Ukraine.
The concept came from the global team; keeping it whole across the country was mine.
In short: I was the point that kept 12 cities speaking one language.
Holding a brand together at scale is a method, not a wish. The point wasn't to design every piece myself. It was to make sure that whoever did — in Kyiv or in an outdoor build five cities away — produced something that still read as one Company Day.
Consistency came from the process, not from one pair of hands.
The clearest proof is the ground itself: 12 cities, 5 outdoor locations. Alongside the locations, the printed and on-site materials the agencies produced all carried the same You shape the moment language — the consistency I was there to protect.
The event ran across every planned location, on time and on brand.

Event-level result — reflects the celebration as a whole,Company Day didn't need a new idea — it needed someone to make sure the right one survived contact with twelve cities and several agencies. That's the quieter craft: not inventing the system, but protecting it everywhere it goes.
One celebration.
Twelve cities.
One language.
